Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Ninja Notes because I was terrible at taking notes in meetings. I'd try to frantically scribble while listening, ending up with handwriting I couldn't read and missing half the conversation. As someone who's naturally forgetful (and getting worse with age!), I needed a solution that let me actually be present in meetings while still capturing everything. What makes Ninja Notes different? Most AI note-taking apps flood meetings with bots—I've been in Zoom calls with as many bots as people! Beyond being awkward, these tools just transcribe. Ninja Notes is 100% bot-free and works as your invisible AI assistant. I can quietly ask it to help me phrase a question correctly or fact-check something during the meeting without anyone knowing. Ridiculously simple to use: Here's the thing—other AI note-takers require setup wizards, admin permissions, bot management, and training your team. With Ninja Notes? You just start talking. No account setup for basic features. No permissions to configure. No bots to invite. Hit record and you're done. We obsessed over making it work the way you'd expect it to, not the way engineers think it should work. My retired dad figured it out in 30 seconds. If you can use a voice memo app, you can use Ninja Notes. What I'm most proud of: Our upcoming Sona™ wearable was the biggest challenge. I wanted something that would allow you to capture conversations outside of the office and that felt like jewelry, not a cheap plastic gadget. We achieved 8-hour battery life in a beautiful aluminum design that's dust and splash-proof. Take your meetings anywhere—lunch conversations, walking meetings, anywhere your laptop can't go. The surprise that got me hooked: During development, I became my own best customer. I literally can't go back to my old way of working. But what really blew me away is how Ninja Notes sells itself—virtually everyone who tries it gets hooked. Students use our quiz feature to test comprehension after lectures. Busy executives love the discretion. People with ADHD have literally begged me for early access. The breadth of use cases has been incredible.
