Nice Ice

I started this project a year ago as a way of capturing feedback for a small tool I was building on the side. During beta testing a user said they wanted to use that same feedback because all the alternatives are too expensive. I was already using it so all I had to do was make it a bit more user friendly - hence Nice Ice was born. I commissioned the logo 6 months ago, and only managed to find the time to finish the production off due to covid. I wanted it to be simple - you get a single script tag to put in the head of your website, and away you go. You'll get an email every time you get a piece of feedback and you can analyse it further in the dashboard. I've got a few more features I'm considering if people find the tool useful including customisation, theming and a lot more. Since it was already half built - I didn't build Nice Ice for profit but I do want to keep the servers going without denting my bills too much, hence the $5 a month cost - no hidden fees or extra subscription plans. You get to use the product to gather 15 pieces of feedback before needing to upgrade.
