One thing I'd love is the ability to export the retro board to a PDF or markdown summary once it's wrapped up, so I can share it in our team channel and keep a record without manually copying everything over.
@sabrihacar Good news Sabri, this exists today, both PDF and markdown export once the retro wraps. The markdown pastes straight into Slack.
Where I think we can do better is the structure of that output. If you’ve got a second, what would the ideal summary look like for your team channel? Grouped by column, action items pulled to the top, votes included? Happy to shape it around how people actually share these.
One thing that would make this even better is letting people anonymously upvote or react to other people's notes during the retro. Sometimes folks have a related point but don't want to repeat it, and a simple 👍 on existing cards would surface patterns faster without needing to type anything out.
@fadimeutkt Thanks Fadime, this is a really good observation. Voting exists in the vote phase, but you’re describing something different: lightweight reactions while cards are still coming in, so people can say “same here” without writing a duplicate. That would also make the grouping step easier since patterns surface themselves. Noted, and I like the 👍 as the single reaction to keep it simple.
The live updates are really slick. One thing that would make it more useful for our team is a way to group or merge similar cards after the retro, so we don't end up with ten near-identical "communication" notes. Would love a simple clustering step before we export the action items.

Great point on clustering. You can group cards during the retro today, but a dedicated merge/cluster step before exporting actions is a smarter flow, especially for the ten “communication” duplicates problem. Adding it to the roadmap. Would you want merged cards to keep their combined vote counts?
Shared a board with my team and seeing everyone's notes pop in live during our retro was honestly the highlight of my week. The MCP update looks slick too.
