What's great
I've tested quite a few email marketing and CRM tools for WordPress, and what stood out to me about NextCRM is its focus on keeping everything inside WordPress. Managing contacts, email campaigns, automation, and segmentation from a single dashboard feels much more streamlined than juggling multiple tools.
The visual automation builder is easy to understand, and the contact management features provide a clear view of subscriber activity and engagement. I also like that audience segmentation is built around behavior and interactions, which helps create more relevant campaigns.
It's still evolving, but for WordPress site owners looking for an integrated CRM and email marketing workflow, NextCRM is definitely worth a look.
What needs improvement
I'd like to see more integrations, additional automation templates, and expanded analytics. The core functionality is solid, but these additions would make the platform even more powerful for growing businesses.

They all have their strengths, but I was looking for a solution that works closely with WordPress and keeps contact management, segmentation, and email automation in one place.
