I’m the maker of this ATS platform, built to help recruiters and companies screen candidates faster and more intelligently.
The idea came from a simple problem: recruiters spend hours manually reviewing CVs, often relying only on keyword searches that miss strong candidates. I wanted to build a system that actually *understands* resumes and job descriptions.
So I created an AI-powered ATS that:
• Extracts structured information from CVs automatically
• Uses semantic matching to understand skills and experience
• Scores and ranks candidates based on job requirements
• Helps recruiters instantly identify the best applicants
Instead of just keyword matching, the platform evaluates multiple signals like skills relevance, experience alignment, education, and years of experience to produce a smart candidate score.
The goal is simple: **reduce manual screening and help recruiters focus on the best candidates faster.**
