Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Luís, an independent software developer from Brazil and the maker behind NexoLumi. I built NexoLumi around a problem I kept seeing in small businesses: customer conversations happen on WhatsApp, sales live somewhere else, follow-ups depend on memory, and important context ends up scattered across multiple tools. NexoLumi brings that workflow together. The goal is to give small teams one place to manage conversations, contacts, opportunities, tasks and AI-assisted workflows without turning the CRM itself into another complicated system they have to manage. I’ve been especially focused on making the experience feel practical: less administrative overhead, clearer customer context, faster follow-ups and a workflow that fits teams already using WhatsApp every day. This launch is also an opportunity for me to learn from people outside my current user base.
