So I built Nexaflow. One dashboard for online coaches covering leads, bookings, client check-ins, progress tracking, payments and a client portal — all automated. Built-in Google Meet, Stripe and Google Calendar integrations included.





The client portal looks clean and the Google Meet integration is a nice touch, saved me from juggling tabs during a test run. Curious how it handles scale once a coach hits 50+ clients though.

Great question on scaling — the platform is built on Supabase which handles scale really well at the database level. As we grow we'll be stress testing at higher client volumes and optimising accordingly. Early days but it's absolutely on the roadmap. Would love your feedback on anything else you spot!
honestly the all in one setup sounds super useful for solo coaches like your friend. one thing that would be a game changer is a built in habit tracker clients can log daily and you can see trends over time without back and forth messages. would save even more admin headaches

this looks super useful for solo coaches honestly. one thing that would really help though is some kind of built-in client messaging or chat feature so you can follow up on check-ins without juggling whatsapp or email on the side. that would honestly make it a one stop shop
Would love to see a simple SMS reminder feature that auto-sends a short nudge to clients a day before their session, since a lot of folks ignore email reminders. Would make the booking flow feel more complete.
