Would love to see a built-in email sequence builder so I can set up follow-ups directly without bouncing to a separate tool. That would save a ton of switching back and forth during the week.
Setup was surprisingly painless and the pipeline view actually makes sense at a glance, no fluff dashboard trying to sell me features I did not ask for.
Finally gave this a spin and the pipeline view is genuinely clean, way less cluttered than what I was using before. Took maybe ten minutes to import contacts and start tracking deals.

honestly looks pretty solid for what it covers, but one thing that would really help is a built-in follow-up reminder system based on deal stage. like, if a deal sits in "negotiation" for more than 7 days, the CRM should ping the rep automatically so nothing slips through the cracks. would save a lot of manual tracking.
