Budget, wedding, goals, habits, projects and trips — six planners that actually talk to each other. Wedding costs flow into the budget. A honeymoon becomes a trip itinerary. One guest record carries the invitation, RSVP, meal, table and check-in. Seven calculators are free and need no account, each with PDF export. 13 languages, including right-to-left. Pay once per module, keep it for life. No subscription.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
NevaPlan started with a spreadsheet breaking.
There were dozens of them going around — one for the budget, another for the guest list, a third for goals. All copied from somewhere, all slightly different, and all resting on the same assumption: that everyone who opens this knows their way around a formula.
Nobody should have to. Spreadsheets have no consistency and no reporting — to know what is correct, you check every row yourself. And they are fragile: shift a row, delete a formula by accident, and the whole thing quietly falls apart. No warning. The numbers are just wrong, and you find out weeks later.
So I built one thing that did one job properly. Then: this should be here too. And this. Each piece demanded the next — the budget wanted a guest count, the guest list wanted a seating plan, the seating plan wanted a run of show for the day itself.
Today it is six connected modules:
📊 Budget — accounts, categories, recurring bills, net worth
💍 Wedding — guests, seating, vendors, payments, RSVP, run of show, a couple site
🎯 Goals · 🔥 Habits · 📋 Projects · ✈️ Trips
They are wired to each other, not just bundled: wedding costs land in the budget, a honeymoon becomes a trip itinerary.
Seven calculators are free and need no account at all — budget, savings, debt payoff, net worth, wedding budget, trip cost splitter, wheel of life. Each exports a PDF.

Pricing is a one-time purchase per module with lifetime access. No subscription, no renewal. Everything is in 13 languages, including right-to-left.
I am still adding to it. What I would genuinely like from you: tell me where it feels heavy, what is missing, and which module you would actually use. I read everything.

For the Product Hunt community: the first 10 people who comment with what they're planning get lifetime access to both the Wedding Planner and the Budget Planner — the two that talk to each other, so vendor payments land in your actual budget. Nothing to buy, no card. I mostly want to watch real plans go through it and hear where it breaks.
