Would love to see a client-facing tracking page where customers can drop in a job code and see status updates like "received" or "ready for pickup." Right now I send a lot of texts manually and that would save me a ton of time.

Adding a customer-facing tracking link or QR code at drop-off so players can see status updates on their racquet in real time would be a really nice touch. It would cut down on "is it ready yet?" messages and make the pickup process feel way more professional.
