When you need a bigger file, a password, or a longer-lasting link, you pay £1.99 for that specific transfer. That's it. No subscription trap, no "oops I forgot to cancel" moment. It's a WordPress plugin (yes, really) with a PHP backend handling file storage and a vanilla JS frontend. The free tier covers 90% of my own usage. Pro is there for the edge cases.
