Hi! I build nesting and geometry tools, and NestForge exists because the free nesting tool everyone recommends has been abandoned for years, and most alternatives turn every arc into hundreds of tiny line segments.
So I built the version I wanted. It runs entirely in the browser, nothing gets uploaded, works offline once loaded. Arcs stay real arcs through import, nesting and DXF export. Messy files (open contours, wrong units) get repaired on import instead of rejected, and every layout is checked overlap-free before you can export it.
There is a free tier with no signup if you want to poke at it. I would honestly love files that break it.
