I have been using it for more than a year now. I have seen people complain that the uptime for Neon is not good. However, in my case, it has always been a reliable database provider, and I have never faced any issues with it. My only complaint was about the pricing; they have switched from usage-based pricing to subscription-based pricing, which seems to be a common trend these days for generating revenue. Although it now charges monthly, it is still affordable for any development team with substantial usage. The way it works under the hood is simply awesome and truly serverless.

Neon's serverless Postgres was great! The setup took literally 5 minutes. It scales automatically, the developer experience is fantastic, and the ability to branch my database like I branch my code is awesome.
