@marcella_rice1 That's very true. A lot of medical professional have termed this as a disease known as google syndrome. Although I believe user as all right to know all the imformation to be aware of what's going on rather than blindly following a doctor advice. The given product is just generating data remotely and faster for medicate providers to make the decisions basis it without in person hospital visit. We don't plan to give diagnosis basis the results.

Hello team Neodocs, First of all you have built a revolutionary product which really solves a major pain point, especially considering India's scenario in lab tests. Many many congratulations for that. But I want to suggest you two things. 1. In the landing page it is really a bit difficult to understand what you guys are actually making. Initially I thought it is some other service which provides health care consultation. Only when I scrolled down a bit I figured out what you are actually doing. I feel there is a lack of communication for the product you are building. 2. I feel you should offer something for free to the customers. It could be as simple as a consultation or anything which will give some value to the user. For a country like India I feel many won't be ready to pay Rs 499 before getting an actual value from a product.

Point 2 make sense, we are planning to build an automated blood report analyser which user can upload, so they can get some view on how valuable insights we can derive for biomarkers. Many users have said the same, it;s time for us to act and update the messaging on the landing page.
