Dropped the snippet on a test site and was surprised how natural the avatar sounded out of the box. Lead capture worked without me tinkering with any settings, which is rare for these tools.
Really cool concept, especially the no-code setup. One thing that would make this way more useful for my team: let the avatar pull answers directly from a knowledge base or PDF we upload, so it stops hallucinating when we update pricing or policies. That single addition would make the lead captures trustworthy enough for sales to actually act on.
One thing that would really help is letting the avatar pull answers from a custom knowledge source like a PDF or Notion doc instead of just relying on a fixed script, so it can stay accurate as our products and FAQs change.
