I wanted something calmer—an app that could support people during cravings without making them feel judged. Nefsera includes a smoke-free and vape-free timer, guided Craving SOS, health milestones, savings goals, progress insights, and a private journal. Personal data stays on the user’s device. This is the first public version, and I’m actively improving it based on real feedback.
