Instead of manually digging through Google Maps and running audits one by one, NearSited automatically discovers businesses, analyzes their online presence, and ranks them by opportunity. It combines website performance, mobile experience, SEO signals, design quality, and trust indicators into actionable insights that help agencies focus on prospects most likely to benefit from their services. Over the past few months, I iterated through multiple scoring models, redesigned the experience several times, and spoke with agency owners to understand how they actually find clients.
