top shop is a waste of time. 99% of the time you wait for hours then don't get anything. everything is always sold out, the market is rigged, and it's a waste of money. Don't put money into this unless you like to throw away money.

I've been collecting cardboard basketball cards since the late 90s and think this is the future of collectibles (sports or otherwise). Selling on eBay is an awful experience and it hasn't changed much in 20 years. With cardboard, I need to take/upload photos, craft a description, wait for payment processing/holds, package, ship, and handle customer feedback/complaints. NBA Top Shot solves these problems while simultaneously offering a more compelling product (video highlights vs static photo). I was lucky enough to be a beta tester for the last few weeks and think this product is a hit. The community has also been awesome as I’ve made many new friends on my journey.

NBA Top Shot combines all the great elements of the NBA, trading cards, and digital collectibles. It spares the tribalism and toxicity that can exist in some crypto communities, in fact, I'd venture to say that it is far from a crypto community in the way many other digital collectibles are. Between the NBA being such a big draw, and Top Shot making credit card payments extremely easy, NBA Top Shot is extremely accessible to fans. I've enjoyed playing NBA Top Shot and I think most NBA fans would.

Such an incredible product (would even be better if available in France not through a dedicated VPN 😃) ; feeling this is definitely the future of collectibles, alongside experiences such as Sorare

As someone else said before, it is weird that a blockchain company, that is working with blockchain since 3 years ago doesn't have a trust blockchain payment gateway to offer to their users. I have been around the project and it is worthless to have any collection with you. Even if I make a sale I can't withdraw my money. So I put money in, but there is no way to take out my money. In presales I see just team friends from others projects taking the "good moments" if there is one. Page only loads when packs are already "sold out". Never other people outside have chance to have anything valuable. I see only red flags in here, put money in, no one knows when you will be able to take out

I've been involved in beta NBA Topshot from almost the beginning. It has awoken a latent desire to collect that I never knew I had :) The fact that I am so deeply into it despite being a Brit with almost zero basketball knowledge is testament to the great team behind this product. The community is great and it's been fascinating to watch the marketplace establish and grow. Highly appealing to collectors, sports fans and blockchain enthusiasts alike.

Great as an NBA fan to get in on the ground floor of their digital movement. Looking forward to the innovation Dapper labs will bring and their willingness to work with the community to make it a great overall experience.
