The deck owner can see open questions from PowerPoint too. 🔁 Iterate the pack without chaos Stamps (DRAFT / CONFIDENTIAL / FOR REVIEW…) for version status, Redact for temporary covers or permanent blackouts before an external send, and Finalize deck to ship a clean copy without breaking your working links. 📊 Keep the model moving between packs Workbook tools (split / consolidate / sheet manager), formula audit, Smart formatting, and keyboard shortcuts — the desk work between board cycles. ✅ Catch silent errors before the meeting Check Period and Check Numbers scan the deck for inconsistent labels and figures (the stale “Q1” next to a “YTD May” pack) before the board sees it. Privacy (non-negotiable for me): your spreadsheets and slides never leave your machine. Navifia runs locally inside Excel and PowerPoint. We only send license data (key, hashed machine ID, product, request ID); beta signup separately sends the name and email you enter for the key. Never cell values, formulas, slides, or document text.
