Recurring Retainers — You can set up any client on a fixed monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycle. The system automatically generates and emails the invoice on the billing date, so there's zero manual work on your end.
Automated Invoice Reminders — The platform sends reminder emails on a schedule you control:
A pre-due reminder (e.g. 3 days before the invoice is due)
Overdue reminders at custom intervals (e.g. 1, 7, and 14 days after the due date)
All of this is configurable from your admin panel — no code required. You can also trigger invoices manually, mark payments as received, pause or resume retainers, and track the full payment history per client.
It works alongside the existing project-based billing, so you can run both for different clients simultaneously.
