Having spent years building employee time and attendance apps which help small businesses manage employee attendance, we thought about we could take what we know to help in the current world wide health crisis and beyond. Our small team at TimeHub, were inspired technology company Dyson, which repurposed some of its production from vacuum cleaners to ventilators. This made us wonder “How can we not pivot, but rather repurpose what we have for our new normal?” Our team created MyVisitorLog, an online service that allows B2B customers to use their own device to record when they visit a business. This will be a long-term requirement for managing B2B visitor health and safety and for contact-tracing purposes – particularly for any business which has regular visitors such as manufacturers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars – and this tech will allow it to happen contactlessly while also who visited, when, where and who they met with.
