Watch Later became a graveyard. MyTube adds a Save button to every YouTube video so you can drop it into your own categories, then opens a clean home page with just what you saved: nothing recommended, nothing autoplaying. Free, no account, open source.

Hey Product Hunt! š I'm the maker of MyTube.
My Watch Later list had hundreds of videos in it and I never went back to any of them. It had become a graveyard. What I actually wanted was a shelf: tutorials in one place, music in another, talks to watch on the weekend and a page to open when I had time, without YouTube's recommendations pulling me somewhere else.
So I built MyTube:
⢠A Save button on every YouTube card (home, search, sidebar, the watch page), pick a category, done
⢠Import a whole playlist in one click
⢠Your own categories with your own icons, search, drag & drop
⢠A home page with just what you saved, open it from the toolbar or with Ctrl+Shift+Y
⢠Watched tracking, optional reminders, accent colors and a retro CRT skin
⢠English and Portuguese
Privacy was a hard rule: no account, no server, no ads, no tracking. It only asks for storage and youtube.com access, your library lives in your own browser (synced by Chrome Sync), and the code is MIT on GitHub.
It's free. I'd love to hear what you'd want next ā library export is at the top of my list. Thanks for checking it out! š
