MySetPlan: A workout plan checked by a person before delivery

Hi, I’m Ely, founder of MySetPlan. I built it for beginners and people returning to exercise who want a plan matched to their week and equipment, with a person checking it before delivery. You complete an assessment, software helps prepare the draft, and I check the plan before it appears in your account. Starter Week is $19 once for seven days, without automatic renewal, normally delivered within 1–3 business days. It includes one structured fit revision requested within 14 days of delivery to your account. This is reviewed planning, not live personal training, form review or medical advice.
