MySafeCard started with a simple question: what happens if someone needs urgent medical help but can’t speak for themselves? In an emergency, important information like blood group, allergies, medical conditions, medications, and emergency contacts can be difficult to access quickly. We wanted to build something simple enough to work when everything else fails. That’s why MySafeCard combines a physical NFC + QR card with a secure digital medical profile. A responder can tap or scan the card and access the information without installing an app or creating an account. We’ve designed it not just for individuals, but for families too — because emergencies don’t always happen to the person carrying the phone.
