The team at MyMeals and I would like to share our work to you with a purpose of seeking for feedback, questions and support from the community. Any kind of feedback is welcome especially the negative ones because they are the food for our product improvement.
The product is expected to be launched in Sydney, Australia in February.
What is MyMeals?
MyMeals is a self-serve app that allows users to place orders and pay directly from their phones with the restaurants. In other words, MyMeals is a mobile app platform to save time wasted on food ordering procedure.
Benefits
Users - Time is important, especially, time means money for some people. We created MyMeals to allow people to "jump the queue" to order their meals directly with the restaurant without waiting for waiters/waitresses.
Restaurants - By letting users to self-serve, restaurant can improve business efficiency (process one table faster) and increase cost-effectiveness (require less staff). The two benefits may result in potential increase in revenue.
