Quick update on where this has got to š
Biggest one first: Android is live. That was the one thing I said was still on the list when I posted. It took longer than I wanted, and it has been out since August with real users on it.
The bigger shift is that you do not need the app at all now. Accounts, saved rides and the trip planner all run in the browser, free, with no login wall in front of the data.
What else has landed since launch:
Universal Orlando, including Epic Universe. Ten parks across both resorts rather than just Disney.
Live waits and per ride history for 200 attractions, plus twelve months of crowd history you can read by month, week and day.
Dining, 476 restaurants, filterable by character meals, vegan and the genuinely cheap stuff.
Show times for every scheduled show, and a seasonal events section.
Hotels. Compare any two or three of the 46 side by side, with journey times to each park that I measured myself rather than lifted from a press release.
Ride height checker, so you can see what your child can actually ride at both resorts before you spend anything.
101 free guides, publishing regularly.
And two that exist purely because a park day is mostly not spent on a ride:
Every Hidden Mickey at Walt Disney World. 464 of them across 383 locations, each tagged documented, fan reported or gone, with the month we last checked.
Every pressed penny machine, mapped. 126 across 13 parks and resorts, with a printable checklist to take with you.

The ask from the original post still stands, and there is more to aim at now: what is missing? What would make this the thing you actually open on the day, standing in a park, rather than the thing you used to plan the trip?
