A mobile app with push notifications for new leads matched to saved buyer criteria would be a great add, since agents in the field usually don't want to log into the desktop CRM to catch hot prospects in time.
A mobile app for agents on the go would be huge, especially one that lets you snap a photo of a property and auto-create a listing draft from it. Worth checking out for sure.
finally a crm that actually understands how agencies work here, the portal integration plus built-in telephony saves me from jumping between five tabs all day.
