We noticed it's tough to stay on top of your comments sections when you start to scale. So... we built an AI powered comment moderator to hide comments based on a set of rules the user decides, hidden instantly. Our comments went from a total mess to a good conversation with our customers, people asking questions or saying how happy they are with our product. Now our comment sections convert more customers instead of scaring them off. We took inspiration from many chat and built automated DM workflows to help capture more customers from our comment section. Then proceeded to build a trained AI agent on our company who answers question publicly in the comment section.
