We've been working on this project for a while and about to take this to Indiegogo.
Let me introduce you to MUROKO wall art system.
MUROKO, meaning fish-scales wall pattern, is a self-assembled wall installation, built using snap widgets combined with - CD cases. Yep - the very items you haven’t used for a decade but, for some reason never threw away. That reason is nostalgia, and a respect for the music you grew up with that constitutes the soundtrack of your life. MUROKO cherishes this by composing 10-30 of your favorite albums into one music portrait, your “Display what you Play”.
And there’s also a kicker:
Your CD cases can become image frames in a modular collage. By replacing the CD booklets with printed photos you can use MUROKO for interchangeable framings for dozens of uses, such as unused photos from trips or family occasions, or even favorite social media posts - literal wall posts!
