A lot of small teams need the basics done well: emails become tickets, every ticket has ownership, customers are easy to find, and the team can see response and resolution metrics without setting up a support-ops project. MuninX does that with practical ticketing, customer and team management, reporting, and AI-assisted replies. The AI side is intentionally human-controlled: agents can generate drafts, improve replies, and use approved web sources for context, but people still review and send the response. We are not trying to replace every mature help desk feature. MuninX does not have live chat or a knowledge base today. If those are central to your workflow, a broader suite may be the better fit.
