Hey there, Tobi here 👋 I’m the creator and developer of MultiCode. In my day job, I’m a full-stack web developer, mostly working with PHP and Laravel. I love the new AI-first development approach 🤖 and exploring modern developer tools like Conductor, Vibekanban, and many others. They are great and nicely designed, but while testing almost all of them, I often found myself thinking: “Oh, I wish it had that feature—then it would be amazing!” ✨ With other tools, I felt forced to adapt to a specific workflow I didn’t like. So I created the tool I want to use every day, all day 🚀 The one tool I don’t have to leave just to make a quick API request or check my logs. I first created an open-source TUI app to explore the idea, but I quickly ran into limitations with terminals and related constraints. You can find the code on my GitHub page—but please don’t judge me 😄 After the first working experiments and getting a feel for the concept, I decided to relaunch it with Tauri, using Rust and SolidJS, and dropped the TUI idea. Today, I use it myself, and I love it ❤️ Maybe you will love it too. Feedback is very welcome 💬 I set up a simple page to collect emails.
