MoveToZero is an iPhone app designed for people who sit for long hours. Instead of sending another generic stand-up alert, it guides you through repeatable sit-walk cycles: focus while seated, take a short walking break, then start the next round. Track your sitting time, steps, and streaks to build a healthier routine without disrupting your day.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built MoveToZero because I was spending too many hours sitting in front of a computer. I tried regular stand-up reminder apps, but I usually dismissed the notification and kept working.
So I wanted to build something a little more practical. Instead of only reminding you to stand up, MoveToZero guides you through simple sit-walk cycles: focus while seated, take a short walking break, then start the next round.
It also helps you track your sitting time, steps, and streaks, so you can gradually build a healthier routine without completely disrupting your workday.
This is still an early product, and I’d really love your feedback—especially on the timer experience, statistics, and any features that would make it easier for you to sit less.
🎁 To celebrate the launch, I’m giving away three 1-year MoveToZero Pro codes. Leave a comment sharing your biggest challenge with sitting less during the day, and I’ll randomly select three people within 48 hours.
Thanks for checking out MoveToZero!

Love the sit-walk cycle approach instead of just nagging me to stand. One thing that would make it stick for me: let me tie the cycle length to my calendar, so it automatically extends focus blocks when I'm in a meeting or deep work session and shortens them during open slots.

One thing I'd love is the ability to customize the sit and walk intervals per day or per project, since some deep work days need 90-minute sits while admin days do better with shorter rounds.

the sit-walk cycle idea is honestly pretty smart, way better than those annoying stand-up pings i usually ignore. tried it for an afternoon and the streak tracking kind of guilted me into actually getting up.

love the sit-walk cycle idea, feels way more realistic than just "stand up" pings. one thing i'd love is a gentle ramp-up mode for the first week that nudges shorter sits, so the habit actually sticks instead of feeling like a chore right out of the gate.

Love how it frames breaks as cycles rather than one-off pings, that mental shift makes the routine feel sustainable instead of nagging. Clean way to nudge healthier habits without disrupting flow.
