I built this tool out of a very real and personal need. Like many others, I’m working from home at a corporate 9–5 job, but I'm also trying to build something for myself, like a sidehustle turning full-time thing. Whether it's coding late nights, testing small product ideas, or just dreaming of finally escaping the office life, the time to work on these side hustles is precious.

The problem? In today’s remote world, being “inactive” for too long often sends the wrong signal. I found myself constantly nudging the mouse or tapping the keyboard just to stay “green” while deep in focus on my own projects. I got constantly "quick sync?" messages or just colleagues texting me whenever my status turned yellow or gray.

So I built movemymouse.io. A minimal, easy and free mouse and keyboard simulator that keeps your computer awake and you appearing active. No fee, no login, just open the app and get back to work (on what actually matters to you).

This tool is for anyone secretly building their future.
