Six free housing calculators covering wide range of housing related financial decisions. I originally built this to answer the question: When can my family afford to buy a new home? This eventually became six calculators covering home swaps, rent vs. buy, refinancing, payoff, down payment optimization, and compound growth. Most comparable tools required a sign-up, or spammed me with ads, or failed to show their math. I don't like getting spammed (or paying for things) so I won't do that to you.
