Movana is an Android fitness app for adults who want to train at home. Build a plan around your available time, level and equipment. Pause your workout timer and play an exercise demonstration separately, then resume when ready. Movana is currently in closed testing on Google Play and is free during beta; paid plans are planned later. Join the Movana Testers Google Group first, then opt in to the test using the same Google account.
