Found this recently when trying to highlight my actions during a webinar. Also works great for a screencast. One suggestion - this currently creates a spotlight effect - would be great if it also supported an inverse (halo/highlighting around mouse)

When used together with the built-in magnifier and an external laser pointer, the spotlight and click effects provide all I need to deliver clear presentations.
