Would love to you know how complex the storyboard can be? We're trying to build a support system for educators in developing countries. At first, this can be simple but we see endless possibilities. Would this be a good use case?

@juliensteel In theory a storyboard can be as simple or as complex as you'd like. Something we're hard at work on is finding all the right modules to integrate with and help handle complex/large scenarios in the smallest and most efficient way possible. For example, in the customer service arena... using only the barebones of Motion AI with no fancy 3rd party modules or integrations, you could have somebody train your AI to individually handle all of your most common customer service scenarios (and have a pretty large storyboard as a result) ... this works well and is perfectly acceptable, but we're very actively investigating how we can integrate with services like Zendesk and knowledgebase / helpdesk SaaS companies to speed up this process and leverage the customer service data that companies have already compiled and worked hard on. In some of my early talks with folks wishing to use Motion AI for customer service, several people have expressed frustration with how often users' questions are already answered in a knowledgebase, but natural instinct is to go for that "Live Chat" button. I foresee many usecases where Motion AI would essentially sit in front of human-operated Live Chats to help lighten the load on customer service reps and filter out the easier, low-hanging-fruit stuff.

Wow! I'm impressed. If you guys can make it I think this is going to do very well. I don't have much experience though. Potential questions : A) Is the demographic you are focusing on technical people or non-technical potential founders/PM's etc? B) Would it be available to individuals or companies? C) How would people end up using it in the sense of creating full products? Is it supposed to be for SAAS sort of companies only?

@xenocide15 Thanks Tahsin! Glad you like it! A) Our goal is to make sure it’s easily usable by anyone who is somewhat tech-savvy. Ryan had mentioned a parallel to IFTT above, and I suspect we’ll have a similar demographic to them. Whether you’re an average tech consumer or an engineer, IFTT has something for everyone and we take the same approach. Because we’re based on a network of developer-extensible modules, devs and power users will be able to use Motion AI in such a way that they’re contributing to the wider mission and making our platform better for everyone (if they so desire!) B) Both! One robot might be handling customer service for a Fortune 500 company while the next may be helping automate the lights in someone’s house. C) We’re embracing those who wish to use Motion AI for their own SaaS products, and honestly we’re ecstatic to see what people come up with. Pricing will be very affordable / consumption-based, and we will be offering a generous free tier for small biz and tinkerers.

@davidjnels - Sold a concept to a client last month requiring exactly what you offer and plan to launch as a service. Support/Marketing/Upsell system. Sent via the request on your site. Would like to take this to spec and build asap. Do you have timelines on invites?

This looks really great! I joined the wait list, and I think it would be awesome to integrate into an assistant that you can use via messaging. Would this type of application be feasible? Being able to integrate the AI for when people write in about information they need.

Is there anything comparable on the market right now? UI for AI? Or is this truly the first instance of a drag-and-drop "AI builder" for consumers and enterprises alike?
