Mossu is a meditation app for people who finish work, but keep working in their heads. Put down one lingering work thought, sit for a short meditation, then choose what you want to return to: dinner, family, a hobby, a walk, or simply rest. Each session helps your Mossu grow. There are no punishing streaks—take a break, and it simply waits for you. It turns the invisible act of leaving work behind into something you can see grow.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m the maker of Mossu.
I built it because I kept noticing the same thing after work:
I could close my laptop, but I couldn’t stop working in my head.
I would replay decisions, think about unfinished tasks, or start worrying about tomorrow. Technically, work was over. Mentally, it wasn’t.
Mossu started as a simple meditation app with a growing character, but halfway through building it I realized that wasn’t a strong enough reason for the product to exist.
So I rebuilt the experience around one specific transition:
1. Put down one thought that is still keeping you at work
2. Sit quietly for a few minutes
3. Choose what you want to return to next
4. Let Mossu grow as a record of those returns
Dinner. A bath. Family. A hobby. A walk. Or just rest.
I also intentionally avoided streak pressure. If you stop using Mossu for a few days, nothing dies and nothing gets taken away. It simply waits for you.
I’m especially curious about one thing:
Do you have a ritual that helps you mentally leave work?
Would love to hear how other people deal with that transition.
