Mosaic is a local macOS planning workspace that turns rough product ideas into durable docs and interactive HTML designs with Codex. Review generated candidates, comment in context, inspect diffs, validate changes, and approve immutable revisions—all stored on your Mac. The free first alpha focuses on Plan Studio for Apple Silicon Macs.

Hey Product Hunt — I’m Matheus, the maker of Mosaic.
I built Mosaic because product context kept getting scattered across chats, specifications, design tools, and disconnected files. The first public alpha focuses on Plan Studio: start with a rough idea, work through it with Codex, generate durable product documents and interactive HTML designs, review changes in context, and approve revisions you can return to later.
This is an intentionally focused alpha. Plan metadata and artifacts stay on your Mac, and there is no Mosaic account or cloud sync. It currently requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later plus compatible Codex access. The build is also unsigned and not notarized, so the download includes installation and checksum guidance.
Projects, implementation, deployment, and provider integrations are roadmap features—not part of this release yet.
Mosaic Alpha is free to evaluate. I’d especially value feedback from anyone who tries it on a real product or feature idea: where does the planning flow feel confusing, redundant, or difficult to trust?
