Dear PH Community, Hailing from France and Germany, our remote team (Allan, Jeremie, Carlo and myself) is more than excited to launch Mosaeek today to learn from your valuable feedback! First things first: Mosaeek originally started as an initiative to transform the viewing experience of video-on-demand content into more of a bi-directional interaction via time-tagged video-reactions ('the SoundCloud for Video'). Hence, in Summer '19, we integrated our MVP with Discord and were lucky enough to build a truly kind and open-minded community of early adopters, consisting mostly of twitch streamers, youtubers and blockchain enthusiasts. We learned: Asynchronous communication via video-annotations can be really powerful in connecting strangers across time zones - and receiving a personal video-reply to your own video is really addictive! During these times, we were also fortunate to learn more about the needs of influential video creators with larger audiences, such as edutubers or business influencers. As a consequence of this, we are really excited to launch our new product on PH! Basically, Mosaeek is coupling personal video-interaction between influential creators and their fans with a new monetizing opportunity to fund their awesome content creation. We are excited to showcase the result here and are happy to answer all your questions. Of course, there will be bugs and a lot of things are to be improved - but we are pretty proud of our milestone so far. Next to polishing our product, our next initiative is to launch an API to be usable on many more awesome platforms! Here, we are also curious to hear your thoughts on the initiative.
