GPT‑5.6 Sol is what made Morph possible end to end. We didn’t just use it as a coding assistant. We used Sol to design the product, define the architecture, build every system, iterate on UX, generate the Codex plugin, implement the capture/animation/interactive layers, and refine the final submission. It handled reasoning-heavy tasks like translating a vague idea (“turn product flows into stories”) into a working system with Story Briefs, Story Packs, Critic, Remix, and Scene Surgery. The entire Morph product was effectively co-built with Sol. Terra played a different but equally important role. We used it for exhaustive testing, verification, and edge-case validation. Because it’s efficient, we could run large numbers of checks across flows like browser capture, rendering, interactive paths, and revision logic without slowing down iteration. That let us push Morph from “it works” to “it’s reliable and consistent,” which was critical for a product that generates real outputs.

Hey PH, I’m Yashas, the person who built Morph. I started building it because I kept noticing the same problem. A product can be genuinely useful, but the demo is often a long screen recording that shows every click without really explaining why the product matters. At first, Morph was mostly an intelligent screen recorder inside Codex. While working on it, I realised the harder part was not recording the product. It was deciding what to show, what to leave out, and how to explain the same flow to different people. So Morph grew into an AI product storyteller. You show it a product flow and tell it who the audience is. It can create a buyer video, a more technical developer walkthrough, a short animated teaser, an interactive demo, and a sales summary based on the actual product. It can also review what it creates, retell the story for a different audience, and update only the parts affected when the product changes. Morph runs locally as a plugin with any agent. There is no required cloud backend, separate API key, account, or telemetry. Morph works with all your agents: Codex, Claude Code, Hermes Agent, Opencode and more! We're make it more native for every agent. I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially on whether Morph picks the right story instead of just making the output look polished. Also curious what product you would try it with first.

Morph gives agents the missing layer between building and launching

Agents can already plan products, write code, run tests, and ship working software. But once the product is ready, the launch still becomes a separate manual process.

Morph changes that.

It gives agents the ability to understand a real product flow, decide what matters to a specific audience, and turn it into a buyer video, developer walkthrough, interactive demo, social teaser, or sales-ready summary.

The same product can be retold for different audiences without starting over. And when the product changes, Morph can update only the affected scenes or states while preserving everything that is still valid.
