Most AI chat tools are built for big support teams: tickets, deflection, and credits that run out in the middle of a conversation. Smaller businesses have a simpler problem. Their visitors ask the same few questions every day, and every one of them is a possible customer.
MooseChat is a website chatbot built around three promises:
- Never make things up. It answers only from your pages and the details you confirm, with a link to the source. Otherwise it says it doesn't know.
- Never lose a lead. When it can't help, when someone wants a person, or when you're past your monthly limit, it takes their details and sends them to you. Visitors never see an error instead of an answer.
- Live in minutes. Paste your URL, ask it a few questions to check the answers, add one script tag.
It also lets you reply yourself or take over a chat, lets visitors book through Calendly or Cal.com inside the chat, and lists every question it couldn't answer, so you know what's missing from your site.
