When it rains where you live, it rains on your windowsill. Moonsill is a cozy garden game that runs on real weather observations, not a forecast: rain fills your barrel, your plants drink it, and tonight's real moon rises in your window. 32 plants, 14 weather visitors, home screen widgets, an almanac of your year, and plants you can send to a friend far away. No ads, no timers, plants never die. Free on iPhone (Android soon), with one $3.99 purchase for the whole garden.

Hi Product Hunt! š±
Moonsill started with one idea: when it rains outside your window, it should rain in your garden too. Most "weather" games use a forecast or fake weather, so we built Moonsill on real observations: airport weather reports, and satellite rain data where there's no airport nearby.
What you get:
⢠A watercolor windowsill that matches your real sky, season and moon
⢠Plants that drink the rain you collect, and never die
⢠Visitors that only show up in the right weather (a gecko on humid nights, a frog in heavy rain)
⢠Widgets, an almanac of your year, and plants you can send to a friend far away
We're a small indie team in the Philippines, so a monsoon garden was the first one we tested š
Free to play, with one $3.99 purchase for the whole garden. No ads, no subscription, no account. Android is coming soon.
I'd love to hear: what's the weather at your window right now?
