On accuracy:
- we use LLMs only for commentary and provide citations for language generated
- mathematical operations happen outside of the language layer
On sensitive information:
- all uploaded information is stored in secure and private graphs/vectors for orgs/users
- input information is stripped of PII data
On reliability
- we use templates on our platform to help users get the kind of outcomes they want. Customer needs vary by depth of inquiry, breadth of research, length of reports, output formatting etc. and one solution won’t fit all needs.
- we build custom cognitive architectures based on customer preferences to deliver the right outcomes for organisations following org specific processes
- there’s always one axis or another where customers are focused we keep improving our private templates to achieve better fit with expected outcomes
On complexity:
- We build a variety of agent based knowledge graphs that support both general and specific needs
- our editor style interface allows you to extend an inquiry in the direction you like with features like in-document chat and AI assisted editing
- for more complex workflows, we typically propose a custom workflow designed just for you/your org.
