Millions of people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc for recommendations every day. Lumen tracks whether your brand shows up in those answers, benchmarks you against competitors, and gives you actions to close the gap — built for LatAm, in Spanish, Portuguese & English.
One thing that would really help is a weekly digest email that summarizes which prompts my brand is winning or losing in, with the actual AI responses attached. Checking the dashboard daily is fine, but having the changes pushed to me would make it way easier to react fast when a competitor suddenly jumps ahead on key queries.
@eylulm47724 Exactly! We send an email every time we ran an execution with a summary of the changes. So you easily see if your brand is performing better, same or worse than the last execution
Love that this is finally built for LatAm with proper Spanish and Portuguese support, that alone makes it stand out from the usual English-only tools. One thing that would really help though is adding a sentiment analysis layer on top of the mention tracking, so instead of just knowing if your brand appears you can also see whether the AI is recommending you positively, neutrally, or with caveats. Would make the competitor benchmarking way more actionable.

el tracking de menciones esta genial pero estaria bueno poder ver el prompt exacto que uso cada persona para que llegue a tu marca o a la competencia, asi entendes mejor la intencion de busqueda y podes crear contenido que ataque esos angulos especificos
Honestly the competitor benchmarking view is super useful, kind of eye opening to see how often we're not even showing up in AI answers.
