A focused desktop Markdown editor with preview, built-in AI editing, and automatic backups. No subscriptions, no cloud accounts — everything runs privately on your machine.

Love having a local-first markdown editor that doesn't lock features behind a subscription. One thing that would make it even better for me: a quick toggle to switch the preview pane between a single side-by-side view and a fullscreen distraction-free mode. Right now I find myself resizing windows constantly when I just want to focus on writing, and a simple keyboard shortcut would save a lot of fiddling.
@bilalstnteuv6m Thanks, Bilal! Glad the local-first approach is hitting the mark. You can toggle between Edit and Preview with `Ctrl+`` right now, but true side-by-side and distraction-free modes are great ideas—adding them to our backlog!
Love that it runs locally and skips the subscription model, feels like exactly the kind of editor I want for personal projects. One thing I'd kill for is a side-by-side file tree with drag and drop so I can rearrange notes without leaving the app, plus quick search across every file in the folder.
@enaywp7v Thanks, Şenay! Quick heads up—both drag-and-drop in the file tree and global search (Ctrl+Shift+F) are actually already built in! Side-by-side view is still missing, but I’ve added that straight to our backlog. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
Love that it stays local and just opens fast. One thing I'd really appreciate is support for custom CSS themes in the preview, even just a folder where you can drop in your own .css file and have it apply on reload. Would make long writing sessions much easier on the eyes.
@nonayl79703 Thanks! Glad you're loving the fast local setup, and custom CSS support for the preview is a brilliant idea—adding that to our backlog!
love that it runs entirely locally with no account required, and the built-in AI editing actually feels integrated rather than bolted on. the automatic backup thing is a nice touch for anyone who's lost work before.
@niyazi1164394 Thanks a lot, Niyazi! Keeping everything local, private, and protected with auto-backups was a top goal for us. Glad you're liking the AI integration!
The local-only approach with automatic backups is a really thoughtful touch—plenty of editors assume the cloud is the answer, and this just sidesteps the whole problem. Nice clean execution.
@baranmy7v Thanks so much! Keeping everything 100% local, offline, and cloud-free was our main focus from day one. Really appreciate the kind words!
