@alex_terentiev Pretty accurate, yes. The key difference is that we partner with Instagram, so none of these automations will get your account banned or generate fake followers. The tools are solely focused on both generating more organic engagement (which is what Instagram's algorithm loves) and giving larger accounts the ability to respond to all of their incoming DMs. I actually wrote a couple articles about how InstaChamp is different than a Follower/Like Bot or a Comment Bot. @rubenwolff they were. 2 years ago called direct hereof. To which Facebook ripped their code based and then created an API for it, that now companies like this use :)

@rubenwolff We actually partnered with Facebook/Instagram on this, so the reason it hasn't existed is because previously that API access wasn't available to anyone and Instagram would have likely shut down any tools attempting these automations otherwise. That's a great idea, very exciting! I'll share it with our team. I understand that the wording of the automated messages and the logic for triggering them will have to be performed manually, right? Do you have plans to start using AI at some point, either to help with the wording (e.g., automatically generating variations around the default message, so that it sounds less robotic) or to help with the logic, or both? In any case, congratulations for your launch, and good luck in gaining traction!

@christian_schierenbeck Hi Christian! Thanks so much for the comment and your insights are right on track. We do use some machine learning and not everything has to be exact match, but we find (for now at least) that exact match produces better results. One thing that really helps is allowing folks to "choose your own journey" with menu-based chatbots that use buttons.
