I built this because every founder I know either sends cold outbound they hate, or gives up on cold outbound entirely.
Moatify tries to fix that. Finds people who might care about what you're building, researches them, drafts an email that references something specific: a post they wrote, a decision they made, a job change, a hire. You review before send.
I've also been running it on my own music release, totally different audience (blogs, curators, adjacent artists), and the reply rate held. So it seems to work outside the ICP it was built for, which was a surprise.
If you've tried cold outbound before, what's the specific thing that made you stop or made you feel gross about it? And what's the minimum bar of personalization you'd need before you'd trust a tool to send from your address?
