I'm the solo developer behind mmory.

I started building it because I kept forgetting random things throughout the day. Not big, important notes that I'd sit down and write, but the little things. Something someone mentioned, an idea I had while walking, something I needed to remember later.

I tried using Notes and voice memos, but the problem was always finding things again.

So I built mmory.

The idea is pretty simple: hold to record a thought, let it save, and ask about it whenever you need it. You can also type memories, search through your Library, and set reminders.

One thing I really wanted was privacy. That's why I put so much effort into making transcription and AI processing work on the iPhone rather than sending your recordings off to a server.

It's been a lot of building, testing and learning, and this is my first time launching something like this.

I'd genuinely love feedback, especially on two things:

Would you actually use something like this in your daily life?
What's the one thing that would make it useful enough to keep coming back?

What’s the last thought you saved but couldn’t find again?

I've lost count of how many times I've saved an idea, a recommendation, or something someone told me, only to spend ages trying to find it again.

I realised the problem isn't really taking notes. It's finding them when you actually need them.
