honestly Mitra sounds adorable, i love the local-first angle. one thing though, could you add a small visual cue when she's about to nudge you for a break, like a little yawn or stretching animation, so it feels less like an abrupt pop-up and more like she's naturally winding down with you. would make the wellness reminders way more charming
